When dealing with SVN repositories you often get in a situation where you depend on externals libraries. Some people store them in their own library and waste a certain amount of space on something that is probably already versioned elsewhere. This is where the SVN externals come into play.

Finally a music post! About time … All you rock n’ rolla’s out there should know what’s up.
Yes, I went to see AC/DC last week and I witnessed without any doubt one of the best shows ever. But before I was able to enjoy this fabulous piece of blasphemy I had to go through the hassle of ordering tickets. The recipe is always the same: 1 million fans, only 20.000 tickets and a poor performing ticket system.
I’ve learned my lesson in the past and immediately ordered mine via SMS since my phone number and my credit card are linked to my GoForMusic profile. This means the time to order takes me merely 30 seconds, but therefor you have to know the message to text and off course to number to text it too. That was actually the big issue because the splash images of the order form where loading insanely slow. Thank God I know my way around HTML code and eventually I managed to get the SMS information from the HTML source code. This is an advantage a computer noob doesn’t have.

It’s been a while since I last attended an international conference. In fact, my last one was the unforgetable 2008 Dutch PHP Conference. It was also my first time at the London conference. It actually turned out to be a great one, hence this review.
